Another day of set build in the books. Didn’t sleep well last night and was concerned about my energy today. However, everything worked out. I was able to help with set from 2 - 8:30pm. Knocking out quite a few random tasks. Sanding the window frame and Cutting it to size. We attached the dragon window the wooden frame. I cut the foam with the jig saw blade made for foam. Definitely doesn’t get old. I assisted with laying the pieces of foam around the room to figure out what we needed for more pieces to be melted down. A task I can’t do due to the fumes. I added and painted the details to the bottom of the hutch. As a list it doesn’t seem like a lot, but each task takes such a delicate amount of detail. I am learning so much with each show and a giant take away for this show in particular is no show is too small for a highly detailed set. I can’t wait to see the finished set. With the show in 2 weeks I really hope we can attach foam to the walls tomorrow and only have painting details left.

Crazy guy shouting as he walked towards Brian tonight made for an eventful time. We quickly gathered our stuff and darted inside. Looking back, we probably should have just went inside and left the items outside. They can be replaced, we can’t. I was just following instructions.

I really enjoy getting to work on sets and really wish our kids cooperate better so Waylon could be there. I know he wishes he could be there too, but it gets so stressful with the kid’s attitudes. (I’m over the attitudes!)

I’m still impressed with the Pulsetto as I notice more and more benefits. Now I need to work on a better wind down routine to match the work the Pulsetto is doing. My workouts are helping with my confidence coming back. Now I just need for my mental fight to calm down. I don’t know why I feel like I’m battling myself all the time. I just want to be a more positive person. Easier said than done.

Tomorrow’s a new week. Hopefully, lighter on the medical junk. I could use a break. I really hope PT helps and I can overcome the mental barrier. One day at a time. As long as I have Waylon and the kids, I will fight!
