I woke up from another night of sleep without needing medication. I can tell my body is get back into the rhythm to wake up early and get after the day. Even though I slept all night I did wake up with a migraine. Possible from not using my CPAP. Needless to say I used my Pulsetto (game changer) and the migraine and nausea calmed down.

I finally was able to get up and gather all my items to head down to the Studio. 2 weekends left before tech week. I really want to make sure all of my stuff is taken care of before my treatment this Wednesday.

The heat has been a beast and I was worried it was going to make helping today impossible. Luckily, Brian is such a sweetheart and made sure I remained in doors. Even inside I was drenched. It’s feels like temperature is 107°F with extreme Heat Advisory out. After working for 6 hrs we were able to knock a ton of little details on the list off. I truly think we will finish this set this weekend. Which would be a major relief!

I’m excited to see the finished set and exhausted at the same time. I am such a badass to even reach this point of volunteering and taking charge. Brian and I work great together! I can’t wait to continue creating and building sets along side him. He’s been doing this for so long that he has a beautiful vault of creativity.

It was such a difficult week, but knocking things off my todo list feels AMAZING! Forgot to take a picture, but I’ll get one tomorrow for sure. I wish Waylon could come down and help, but I know the kids would make it miserable for the both of us. I’ve already taken the co lead on set build and it makes sense for me to continue.

Enough rambling, time to wind down for bed.
